Playing With Hellogoodbye in Omaha!

Oh heck yes folks, it's officially happening. We're playing with HELLOGOODBYE in Omaha on July 20th! They're touring with some really great bands including A Great Big Pile of Leaves (played with Appleseed Cast at the Church in April), Fences (check out "Girls With Accents"), and Fake Problems (played with Laura Stevenson and the Cans + Into It. Over It + Pomegranates at North Star Bar in May). Check HGB's website for the details (or our earlier post with all our dates) but in the meantime here's a song from their new ridiculously good album (and no, we're not just saying that to suck up)

New T-Shirt Design

Our friend Tina Saienni who did the cover art for our Recollections of Affection EP made this design for us for our new shirts! We'll be pressing about 50 of them for tour so get them while you can! (Or you can wait until after tour when we're not so pressed for time!)

Name Change

Yes it's true, When I Was 12 has retired and Catnaps has become the new shining star! But don't worry nothing else has really changed. All the same members are present and the music will still be as sweet as ever. Although you may here a couple other sides of the band on our new LP which should be coming out just in time for tour! We hope you enjoy the new name as much as we do... because I think we might be sticking with it for a while!

Kickstarter Success!

Well it's better late than never but we put together a Kickstarter campaign to raise money for the great summer tour of 2011 and it went WAY better than expected!
